3 cups chopped fresh tomatoes (canned whole tomatoes can be used just drain the juice before adding)
1 small red onion
1 bottle Mad Dog Green Amigo Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. fennel seeds (crush them with a heavy skillet before you add them)
1/2 tsp. fresh oregano
4 cloves fresh garlic
3 tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.
Serve with you favorite bread, ripe into piece and scoop on the salsa.
